- Product Defect: If a defect is found at handover or after taking it home, you are eligible for an instant refund. We appreciate exchange, and in that case no delivery charge is required.
RETURN applies (NB: report within 12 hours)
- Product Defect: instant return, no delivery charge.
- Wrong edition or book: If the item does not match at handover, you may return it; an applicable delivery charge may apply.
- If the parcel is taken home, notify us within 12 hours to get exchange support; refund is not applicable. Extra delivery charge applies.
EXCHANGE applies (NB: report within 12 hours)
- If you want to exchange one product with another product, double delivery charge will apply.
